For Australians 55–75 with $600k–$2M in super & investments

Retire earlier. Spend confidently. Leave calm, not chaos.

Most retirees leave $50,000–$200,000 on the table – and spend their retirement second-guessing every decision because no one's coordinating the whole picture.

Your journey with us starts with a 60-minute paid Retirement Health Check. At the end, if there's clear value in us managing everything for you, we'll show you what it would look like to join the Prime Years Retirement System.

  • Independent AFSL
  • No bank ties
  • No commissions

The moments that matter

Does one of these resonate with you right now?

retirement (3)
Approaching Retirement

You want to retire but don't know if the numbers actually work – or how much you can safely spend without running out.

contribute
Recently Retired – Not Fully Optimised

You've retired but haven't properly structured everything. You're wondering if there's money being left on the table.

expenses (1)
Too Afraid to Spend

You've saved well but won't book the holiday, buy the car, or help the kids – because you're not sure if you can afford it.

consider
Downsizing or Considering It

You're thinking about downsizing (or your current place feels too big) but don't know what to do with the proceeds or how it affects Centrelink.

reliability
Want Certainty and Peace of Mind

You want to know your money will last, that your spouse and kids will be looked after, and that someone independent is coordinating everything.

break-up (1)
Recently Divorced or Widowed

Rebuilding from scratch – or making financial decisions alone for the first time.

If even one of these resonates, keep reading.

Scattered accounts. Stacked statements. No joined-up plan.

Most people arrive with super in multiple funds, term deposits, shares, a pile of Centrelink letters – and no clear picture of how it all fits together.

The problem

You've saved well. But you don't know what to do next.

The hardest part isn't having the money. It's knowing what's safe to spend, where everything should go, and who to trust with the whole picture.

  • Super spread across 2–3 different funds – should you consolidate?
  • Cash sitting in term deposits earning almost nothing because you don't know what else is safe
  • Shares outside super – no one's told you if that's smart for retirement or costing you tax
  • Investment properties – keep them? Sell them? What about capital gains tax?
  • Never properly modelled how long your money will actually last
  • Guessing about Centrelink entitlements (likely leaving thousands per year unclaimed)
  • No one's explained super death tax (your kids might pay 17% unnecessarily)
  • Investments still built for accumulation, not stable retirement income
  • Wills, Powers of Attorney, binding nominations half-finished or completely out of date
  • Paying $3,000–$5,000 every time you need advice – and still doing all the implementation yourself

The real problem? You don't know how it all adds up. You can't see the blind spots. You're making major family decisions – downsizing, helping kids, estate planning – without knowing if you're getting it right. And when something happens to you, your spouse and kids will inherit the complexity, not clarity.

The cost of doing nothing

What actually happens if you don't fix this?

$50k–$200k

Left on the table in Centrelink entitlements, tax inefficiency, and investment costs over your retirement.

2–5 years

Later than you needed to retire – because you never had clear numbers you could trust.

17%

Super death tax your kids might pay unnecessarily if your super isn't structured properly.

Chaos

What your family inherits if nothing's organised – scattered accounts, no plan, and conflict.

Book your Retirement Health Check. We'll show you exactly where the gaps are.

Book your Retirement Health Check. We'll show you exactly where the gaps are.
The three pillars

Retirement isn't just about money. It's about three things

Most advisers only focus on investments. We focus on what actually matters: your Lifestyle, your Life Stages, and the Legacy you leave behind.

needs
Pillar 1: Lifestyle

Not spending too much. Not spending too little.

The real question isn't "How much do I have?" – it's "How much can I safely spend without running out?"

We give you clarity on:

  • How much you can spend each year without fear
  • When you can retire – or reduce hours – with confidence
  • Whether you can afford that holiday, car, or helping the kids
  • How to give yourself permission to enjoy what you've built

Result: You stop agonising over every decision and start living.

age
Pillar 2: Life Stages

The known unknowns. Planning for what's coming.

Retirement isn't static. Life happens – downsizing, aged care, health changes, divorce, widowhood, inheritance. Often more than one thing at once.

We help you navigate:

  • Downsizing and what to do with the proceeds
  • Parents entering aged care (bonds, means testing, estate planning)
  • Health changes and future care costs
  • Divorce or widowhood
  • Receiving an inheritance
  • Helping adult children without jeopardising your own security

Result: Major life transitions don't derail your retirement.

legacy
Pillar 3: Legacy

Calm, not chaos. Harmony, not disputes.

When you're gone, what does your family inherit – calm and clarity, or confusion, conflict, and legal bills?

Chaos looks like:

  • Scattered accounts no one knows about
  • No Powers of Attorney or outdated Wills that don't reflect your actual wishes
  • Kids paying unnecessary tax because nothing was structured properly
  • Family disputes over "fairness" – you helped one child with a house, another with a wedding, how do you equalise that?
  • Estate challenges that cost families hundreds of thousands in legal fees and destroy relationships

Calm looks like:

  • One joined-up system everyone understands
  • Family meetings where we help guide decisions: kids vs grandkids, how to handle unequal support, what's fair
  • Your spouse and kids have a trusted family CFO to call – someone who knows the whole picture
  • Estate planning that considers multiple generations, not just "split everything equally"
  • No unnecessary tax, no confusion, no conflict

Result: Your family remembers you for what you gave them, not the mess – or the disputes – you left behind.

The complete ecosystem

Your family's Chief Financial Officer for retirement

We bring all three pillars together in one joined-up system so you can stop managing and start living. This isn't just advice – it's a complete ecosystem.

  • Lifestyle clarity – Know how much you can spend without fear of running out.

  • Legacy & family harmony – Avoid disputes, coordinate multi-generational wealth transfer, guide complex family decisions.

  • Centrelink concierge – We handle all applications and paperwork on your behalf. You've got better things to do with your time than deal with government forms and call centres.

  • Tax planning – Minimise what you pay, maximise what you keep and can spend.

  • Legacy & family harmony – Avoid disputes, coordinate multi-generational wealth transfer, guide complex family decisions.

  • Family CFO – Someone your spouse and kids can call. Someone who knows the whole picture and can guide them through decisions.

  • Life stage planning – Navigate downsizing, aged care, divorce, inheritance, health changes.

  • One simple dashboard – All your super and investments visible in one place.

  • Investment strategy – Retirement-specific approach for stable income and longevity, not just accumulation.

  • Estate coordination – Wills, Powers of Attorney, binding nominations, family meetings to keep everyone aligned.

  • Ongoing stewardship – Minimum 12-month engagement. Your system evolves as your life and the rules change.

  • Family CFO – Someone your spouse and kids can call. Someone who knows the whole picture and can guide them through decisions.

We're not built for one-off tax questions. The Prime Years Retirement System is for families who want a complete ecosystem and a long-term partner – most stay with us for many years beyond the initial 12-month commitment.

Who we're built for

Is the Prime Years Retirement System right for you?

We're absolute experts in one thing: helping Australians 55–75 with $600k–$2M in investable assets retire earlier, spend confidently, and leave calm instead of chaos. But we're not for everyone.

This system is built for
  • Australians approaching or recently retired (typically 55–75)
  • $600,000–$2 million in investable assets (super, shares, cash, investment property – outside the family home)
  • Families who want ongoing stewardship, not one-off advice (minimum 12-month engagement)
  • Singles and couples who want one person responsible for the whole picture
  • Families who want a single point of contact for spouse and kids
  • People who are tired of fragmented advice and paying $3,000–$5,000 per meeting
  • Anyone facing a major transition: retirement, downsizing, divorce, widowhood, inheritance, aged care
This is NOT for
  • Those more than 15 years from retirement (we're retirement specialists, not accumulation advisers)
  • Transactional advice seekers who just want to ask a few tax questions or get a one-off opinion
  • DIY investors who want to keep doing everything themselves
  • People with less than $600,000 in investable assets (the system isn't cost-effective below this level)
  • Anyone looking for stock tips, crypto, or get-rich-quick ideas
  • Those who prefer to keep their money scattered across multiple advisers and platforms

Note: If you have more than $2 million in investable assets, contact our office directly to discuss our Private Office tier – a different entry point than the Retirement Health Check.

Not everyone qualifies. And that's by design. We only work with people we know we can help.

Find out if you qualify

We'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
Why Prime Years

We do one thing. And we do it better than anyone.

We're not generalists trying to serve everyone from 25-year-olds to 80-year-olds. We're absolute experts in Australian retirement for people 55–75 with $600k+.

Independent AFSL

We hold our own licence. No bank ownership. No commissions. No product quotas. No conflicts of interest.

Your outcome is our only measure of success.

Your Independent Second Brain

You get certainty. Your spouse gets someone to call. Your kids get a trusted contact who knows the whole picture.

We're the person who coordinates everything, spots what you can't see, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Three Pillars, Not Just Portfolios

We don't just talk about investment returns.

Lifestyle – permission to spend without fear.
Life Stages – planning transitions before they become crises.
Legacy – leaving calm, not chaos.

One Thing, Done Right

We're not generalists. We don't work with 25-year-olds in accumulation mode.

We work with Australians 55–75 who want a clear, confident, enjoyable retirement.

Complete Ecosystem

This isn't advice. It's a system.

One consolidated view. Centrelink concierge. Tax optimisation. Estate coordination. One point of contact. Ongoing stewardship.

We Do The Work

We don't just tell you what to do – we apply for Centrelink, set up accounts, coordinate with your accountant and solicitor, and handle the paperwork.

You stop managing. We start managing.

How it works

The $495 Health Check has real standalone value. Then, if it makes sense, we talk about the system

Many people get huge value from the Health Check alone – clarity on what they're leaving on the table, how much they can safely spend, and whether they can retire earlier. For the right people, it also becomes the first step into the Prime Years Retirement System – our ongoing ecosystem where we manage everything.

1
Take the free 3-minute diagnostic (optional)

Answer a few quick questions. We'll show you if you're likely leaving money on the table and whether you're a good fit for the full Prime Years Retirement System. You can also skip this and go straight to the Health Check.

2
Book your Retirement Health Check ($495)

Secure your session via our booking link (payment taken upfront). You'll complete a detailed pre-meeting questionnaire so we can do proper homework on your situation before we meet. This is a diagnostic, not a fluffy "get to know you" chat.

3
Optional: Join the Prime Years Retirement System

At the end of the Health Check, if we both agree there's a clear benefit in us managing everything for you, we'll show you exactly what it would look like to join the Prime Years Retirement System – what's included, how it works, and the annual fee options. You can say yes, no, or not yet. The $495 Health Check stands on its own either way.

What happens after the health check

The $495 Health Check has real standalone value. Then, if it makes sense, we talk about the system

Many people get huge value from the Health Check alone – clarity on what they're leaving on the table, how much they can safely spend, and whether they can retire earlier. For the right people, it also becomes the first step into the Prime Years Retirement System – our ongoing ecosystem where we manage everything.

  • Once you book, you'll complete a detailed pre-meeting questionnaire. We review your information, run preliminary checks, and come prepared – this is a working session, not a sales call.

  • If there's a clear benefit in us managing everything for you, we'll outline what it would look like to join the Prime Years Retirement System – what's included, how we work together, and the all-inclusive annual fee options.

  • After your 60-minute Retirement Health Check, we'll send you a copy of the recording and a summary of the key gaps and opportunities we identified.

  • You decide in your own time. No pressure. No chasing. If you choose not to continue, you still keep the recording, the insights, and the clarity from the Health Check.

The $495 Health Check is designed to stand on its own: you walk away knowing exactly what you're leaving on the table, how much you can safely spend, and whether you could retire earlier. Joining the Prime Years Retirement System is the natural next step for the right people – but it's always your choice.

Take the first step. It's $495, it's 60 minutes, and it might change your retirement.
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum to work with you?

We're built for people with $600,000–$2 million in investable assets (super, shares, cash, investment property – outside the family home). Below $600k, the full system usually isn't cost-effective. Above $2M, you'd typically move to our Private Office tier with custom pricing.

How is this different from my current adviser?

Most advisers give you advice and send you away to implement it yourself. We build and manage a complete ecosystem – consolidated platform, Centrelink applications, tax coordination, estate planning, ongoing stewardship. You get one point of contact for everything. Your family knows exactly who to call.

I already have an accountant. Do I need this?

Your accountant is essential – they handle your tax returns and compliance. We work with your accountant, not instead of them. We coordinate on your behalf so nothing falls through the cracks.

What we do is different: we focus on forward-looking retirement strategy – how much you can safely spend, when you can retire, Centrelink optimisation, investment structure for retirement income, estate planning coordination, and making sure everything works together across Lifestyle, Life Stages, and Legacy.

Most accountants don't provide this level of ongoing retirement planning and coordination – and they're not supposed to. That's what we do.

I'm pretty good with money. Can't I just do this myself?

Maybe. But here's what we see: smart, capable people who understand investments and super individually, but retirement isn't about knowledge – it's about family complexity, emotional decisions, and what happens when life doesn't go to plan.

The real questions aren't technical. They're human:

  • What if your kids are doing well but your grandkids need help down the track?
  • What if you've helped one child with a house deposit but not the others – how do you make that fair in your estate?
  • What if one child went through a divorce, or a health crisis, or lost a spouse?
  • How do you split things between kids and grandkids without causing resentment?
  • If something happens to you, does your spouse know what to do – or will they be paralysed trying to figure it out alone?

The value isn't that we know things you don't. The value is having an independent second brain and family CFO – someone who guides you through complex family decisions, keeps everyone on the same page, helps you avoid disputes that cost families hundreds of thousands in legal fees, and gives your kids someone trusted to call when they need guidance.

You can't be your own coach. And your family can't be their own referee

Do you charge hourly fees?

No. The Retirement Health Check is a fixed $495. If you join the system, we use clear, transparent annual fees based on your situation – not open-ended hourly billing or surprise invoices. We'll show you exactly what it costs after your Health Check, and you decide in your own time.

What are the three pillars?

We focus on what actually matters in retirement:

Lifestyle – Knowing what you can safely spend without fear of running out.
Life Stages – Planning for transitions before they become crises: downsizing, aged care, health changes, divorce, widowhood, inheritance.
Legacy – Leaving calm, not chaos. One point of contact, coordinated estate planning, no unnecessary tax or conflict for your family.

Most advisers only talk about investments. We talk about life.

What if I'm not ready to retire yet?

Perfect. Many clients see us 5–10 years before retirement. That's often the best time to get clear on your numbers and options – so you have more choices, not fewer. You might discover you can retire earlier than you thought.

What happens in the Retirement Health Check?

First, you'll complete a pre-meeting questionnaire so we can do our homework. Then it's 60 minutes (Zoom or in-person) where we:

  • Map your complete financial position across super, investments, cash, property, and Centrelink
  • Clarify your goals, concerns, and non-negotiables across Lifestyle, Life Stages, and Legacy
  • Identify exactly what you're leaving on the table (Centrelink/CSHC, tax, structure, estate planning)
  • Show you how much you can safely spend and whether you could retire earlier
  • Explain what the full Prime Years Retirement System would look like for your situation, if it's a fit

You get a copy of the recording and everything we covered. This is real, actionable value – not just a sales pitch. Many people walk away with clarity worth far more than $495, whether they proceed with the full system or not.

What if I've already got an adviser?

That's fine. Many of our clients had advisers before they came to us. The question is: are you getting a complete ecosystem, or just periodic advice? Do they apply for your Centrelink entitlements? Coordinate your estate planning? Give you one consolidated view of everything? If not, you might be paying for advice but still doing all the management yourself.

We also operate as a concierge service: we deal with other professionals (accountants, solicitors, aged care advisers) on your behalf, handle all the paperwork, and coordinate everything so you don't have to.

Many clients keep their existing adviser for some things and use us as their retirement specialist and Centrelink/CSHC concierge.

Do you take commissions?

No. We don't take commissions from any product providers. We're strictly fee-for-service independent financial planners.

We're product-agnostic – we focus on the strategy and advice, not selling products. We use the same investment approach for ourselves as we recommend to clients. Our only measure of success is your outcome.

Why not just use a robo-adviser?

Robo-advisers can't help you navigate downsizing, aged care, divorce, widowhood, or inheritance. They can't model whether you can retire at 60 instead of 65. They can't apply for Centrelink on your behalf or coordinate your Powers of Attorney. Retirement is complex and personal. Software can't do what we do.

Is this just a sales meeting?

No. The Retirement Health Check is a paid diagnostic, not a free discovery call. We do pre-work using your questionnaire, come prepared with a clear picture of your situation, and spend the hour mapping your options and identifying what's being left on the table.

At the end, if there's a clear benefit in us managing everything for you, we'll explain what it looks like to join the Prime Years Retirement System and the annual fee options. You're free to say yes, no, or not yet. The $495 session is designed to stand on its own.

Are you independent?

Yes. We operate under our own independent AFSL, with no bank ownership and no product commissions. Our focus is on strategy and your outcome, not pushing products.

You only get one retirement. Make it count.

Stop guessing. Stop second-guessing. Find out if you're leaving $50k–$200k on the table in Centrelink entitlements, tax inefficiency, and investment costs – and whether you could retire earlier than you think.

P.S. The $495 Retirement Health Check isn't a sales pitch. You'll walk away with clarity on what you're leaving on the table, how much you can safely spend, and what it would look like to have a trusted family CFO coordinating everything – so your spouse and kids never have to figure it out alone. Most people tell us afterwards: "I can't believe I almost didn't do this."
